What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need an earlier arrival or later departure, give us a call and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Is there a minimum age to book a room?
The guest who books the room and checks in must be 21 or older. Guests under 21 are welcome to stay as long as someone 21 or older is in the room with them.
How close is the beach?
About a five-minute walk — roughly half a block to the sand. You can leave the car parked and head to the beach on foot, which is the whole point of staying where we are.
Is there a pool?
Yes — an outdoor saltwater pool on the property, the easy place to rinse off and cool down between beach trips.
Is parking free?
Yes. We offer complimentary on-site parking for guests, one car per room, which is a real perk on Tybee, where beach parking fills up fast in season.
Are pets allowed?
Yes — we're a dog-friendly inn. Please let us know you're bringing a dog when you book so we can set you up in the right room; ask the front desk about any pet details.
Is breakfast included?
We don't serve breakfast on-site, but every room has a coffee maker and mini-fridge, and there are good breakfast spots a short walk away — Sunrise Restaurant and Mi Vida are two we point guests to.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in every room and throughout the property.
Do you have smoking and non-smoking rooms?
Both. King and Two Double rooms come in smoking and non-smoking versions — just note your preference when you book, and we'll confirm availability.
How far is Savannah and the airport?
Historic downtown Savannah is about 20 miles west, a 25-to-30-minute drive over the causeway. Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) is roughly 30 to 40 minutes away.
What room types do you offer?
Two: King Rooms (one king bed, sleeps up to 2) and Two Double Rooms (two double beds, sleeps up to 4). Every room includes a flat-screen cable TV, mini-fridge, coffee maker, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.
